● Gentle Cleaning: We recommend cleaning your pieces regularly with a mild, non-detergent soap dissolved in warm water.
● Soft Tools: Use a very soft-bristled toothbrush or a lint-free cloth to gently brush the surface and settings, removing any oils or residue.
● Rinsing and Drying: Always rinse thoroughly in clean water and pat the piece completely dry with a soft cloth before storing or wearing. Moisture can dull the finish over time.
Storage and Protection
● Separate Storage: Store each piece separately in a soft, cloth-lined pouch or jewellery box. This prevents harder gold pieces from scratching softer gold surfaces (especially if you have pieces of different carat weights).
● Avoid Contact: Do not expose your gold jewellery to harsh chemicals, such as chlorine (in pools/hot tubs), bleach, or abrasive cleaners. These substances can damage the integrity of the metal and any gemstone settings.
● Last On, First Off: We advise making your jewellery the last thing you put on (after lotions, makeup, and perfume) and the first thing you take off.
Once your order is placed, we process it within 1-2 business days. From there, shipping times depend on your selected method. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while express delivery arrives in 2-3 business days.

● UK and EU Orders (Delivery Duty Paid): No, you will not be charged any extra customs fees or taxes upon delivery. All duties and VAT are calculated and included in your purchase price at checkout.
● US and International Orders (Delivery Duty Unpaid):
Yes, you are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or clearance fees levied by your country's customs agency.
We offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The jewellery must be returned in pristine, unworn condition. To uphold the pristine quality and hygiene of our collection, we can only accept returns if the attached security tag remains intact and undisturbed.

● This warranty ensures that your jewellery is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal wear.
● The warranty covers issues related to the construction of the piece, such as problems with clasps, settings, or structural integrity.
● The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, loss, theft, general wear and tear (such as tarnishing or scratching), or modifications carried out by a third party.
● If a manufacturing defect is found within the warranty period, we will repair the item at no charge or, at our discretion, replace it.

2. A clear description of the issue.
3. Photographs clearly showing the defect.
