Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Every piece is insured and tracked from our hands to yours. We require a signature upon delivery for all orders to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

Where We Ship From

To ensure the fastest delivery without customs delays, we fulfill orders from two locations:

●      UK & USA Orders: Dispatched from our London Studio.

●      European Orders: Dispatched from our European Studio.

Shipping Rates & Times

Times below are estimates once the package has been dispatched.

United Kingdom

●      Standard Tracked: 3–4 business days (£4.95 | Free on orders £350+)

Europe (EU)

●      Secure Standard: 5–7 business days (€15.00 | Free on orders €350+)

USA & International

●      Standard Tracked: 7–10 business days (£15.00 | Free on orders £350+)

●      Express Air: 3–5 business days (£25.00)

Customs & Duties

UK & EU Customers: There are no additional duties or taxes to pay upon delivery. The price you see is the price you pay.

USA & International Customers: Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. While most orders under $800 USD entering the USA are duty-free, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees if they apply. Please check with your local customs office.

Order Processing & Tracking

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services (such as weather or strikes), but we will assist in tracking any lost or delayed shipments to ensure your piece reaches you. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your package leaves our studio.
