We sincerely hope that you are delighted with your new jewellery. However, if you are not entirely in love with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To ensure every piece remains pristine for its future owner, your jewellery will arrive with a discreet security tag attached.
We kindly ask that you ensure you are perfectly happy with the piece before removing this tag.
Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns if this tag has been removed, tampered with, or if the item shows any signs of wear. Please return the piece in its original presentation box, complete with any certificates or documentation.
While we want to be as flexible as possible, there are certain limitations:
● Earrings: For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on earrings if the security tag or hygiene seal has been removed or tampered with. If the tag remains intact, the return will be accepted.
● Bespoke Pieces: Items that have been custom-commissioned or modified specially for you.
● Personalised Items: Pieces that have been engraved.
To ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible, please email us at beaumontlarisa@gmail.com with your order number.
Depending on where you are located, we will direct you to the correct studio:
● UK & USA Enquiries: Returns are processed at our London Studio.
● European Enquiries: Returns are processed at our European Studio.
Please do not post your item without contacting us first, as we need to provide you with the correct address and reference number.
● United Kingdom: We are pleased to offer complimentary returns. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
● International & Europe: For orders outside the UK, the customer is responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked and insured service (such as DHL or UPS) as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once your piece arrives back with us, our team will give it a quick check to ensure everything is in order (usually within 2–3 business days). Following this, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
