Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Every piece is insured and tracked from our hands to yours. We require a signature upon delivery for all orders to ensure your jewellery arrives safely.

To ensure the fastest delivery without customs delays, we fulfil orders from two locations:
- UK & USA Orders: Dispatched from our London Studio.
- European Orders: Dispatched from our European Studio.

Europe (EU)
- Secure Standard: 5–7 business days (£14.99 | Free on orders over £500)
International (including the USA and Canada)

- Express Air: £25.00

Duties & Import Taxes
USA & Canada: duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
Other international destinations: import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
