The customs and tax policy is

- UK and EU Orders (Delivery Duty Paid): No, you will not be charged any extra customs fees or taxes upon delivery. All duties and VAT are calculated and included in your purchase price at checkout.
- US and International Orders (Delivery Duty Unpaid): Yes, you are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or clearance fees levied by your country's customs agency.
- We ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), meaning these charges are not included in your purchase or shipping price.
- For the US, all imports are subject to applicable duties, regardless of value, as the de minimis exemption has ended. While the duty rate for precious metals is often low or 0%, the receiver is responsible for paying any necessary duties or local sales tax to the courier before delivery.
We offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The jewellery must be returned in pristine, unworn condition. To uphold the pristine quality and hygiene of our collection, we can only accept returns if the attached security tag remains intact and undisturbed.

- This warranty ensures that your jewellery is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal wear.
- The warranty covers issues related to the construction of the piece, such as problems with clasps, settings, or structural integrity.
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, loss, theft, general wear and tear (such as tarnishing or scratching), or modifications carried out by a third party.
- If a manufacturing defect is found within the warranty period, we will repair the item at no charge or, at our discretion, replace it.
